it said i have to be subscribed 1 full day after midnight to access the email system. its been like 3 days

If you look under your photo in the forum area, you will see that you joined on 4-24-2012...so, you should have had access to email and chat after midnight on 4-26-2012.

(After one full day beginning at midnight after you joined...just like our system says.)
